પશુ બજાર એ એક જાહેરાત (ક્લાસિફાઇડ) પ્લેટફોર્મ છે જે ખરીદનાર અને વેચનારને જોડે છે. અમે પોતે કોઈ પશુ, વાહન કે વસ્તુ વેચતા કે ખરીદતા નથી અને કોઈ પણ સોદાના પક્ષકાર નથી. અમે માત્ર એક મધ્યસ્થ માધ્યમ છીએ.Pashu Bazar is a classifieds platform that connects buyers and sellers. We do not ourselves sell or buy any animal, vehicle or item, and we are not a party to any transaction. We are only an intermediary platform.
એપ વાપરવા માટે તમારી ઉંમર ઓછામાં ઓછી 18 વર્ષ હોવી જોઈએ અને તમે કાયદેસર કરાર કરવા સક્ષમ હોવા જોઈએ. નોંધણી માટે માન્ય મોબાઈલ નંબર જરૂરી છે.You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract to use the app. A valid mobile number is required to register.
આવી જાહેરાત કે વર્તન જણાય તો અમે તે દૂર કરી શકીએ અને એકાઉન્ટ બંધ કરી શકીએ છીએ.We may remove such listings and suspend accounts where we find this activity.
જાહેરાત જોવા મફત છે. જાહેરાત પોસ્ટ કરવા માટે નજીવી ફી લાગી શકે, જે ચુકવણી સમયે દર્શાવવામાં આવે છે. ચુકવણી અમારા ભાગીદાર પેમેન્ટ ગેટવે (Razorpay) દ્વારા થાય છે. ફી સામાન્ય રીતે પરત મળતી નથી, સિવાય કે કાયદા દ્વારા જરૂરી હોય.Browsing is free. Posting an ad may require a small fee, shown at the time of payment. Payments are processed by our partner payment gateway (Razorpay). Fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
જાહેરાતમાં દર્શાવેલ કિંમત માત્ર અંદાજિત છે અને વિક્રેતાની શરતો પર બદલાઈ શકે છે. અંતિમ કિંમત અને સોદો ખરીદનાર તથા વેચનાર વચ્ચે નક્કી થાય છે.Prices shown in listings are indicative only and may change on the seller's terms. The final price and deal are agreed directly between buyer and seller.
એપ અને તેની જાહેરાતો "જેમ છે તેમ" આપવામાં આવે છે. અમે કોઈ પશુ, વસ્તુ, વિક્રેતા કે ખરીદનારની સચ્ચાઈ, ગુણવત્તા કે આરોગ્યની બાંહેધરી આપતા નથી. ખરીદ-વેચાણ પહેલાં જાતે ખાતરી કરવી એ તમારી જવાબદારી છે.The app and its listings are provided "as is". We do not guarantee the truth, quality or health of any animal, item, seller or buyer. Verifying before any purchase or sale is your responsibility.
એપના ઉપયોગથી અથવા કોઈ સોદાથી થતા કોઈ પણ નુકસાન, છેતરપિંડી કે વિવાદ માટે પશુ બજાર જવાબદાર નથી. વપરાશકર્તાઓ વચ્ચેના વિવાદ તેમણે જાતે ઉકેલવાના રહેશે.Pashu Bazar is not liable for any loss, fraud or dispute arising from use of the app or any transaction. Disputes between users must be resolved by the users themselves.
તમે મૂકેલા ફોટા અને માહિતી તમારાં જ રહે છે, પરંતુ એપમાં જાહેરાત બતાવવા માટે તમે અમને તે વાપરવાની પરવાનગી આપો છો. ગેરકાયદે કે બીજાના હકનું કન્ટેન્ટ ન મૂકવું.The photos and information you post remain yours, but you grant us permission to use them to display your listing in the app. Do not post content that is illegal or infringes others' rights.
નિયમોના ભંગ બદલ અમે કોઈ પણ એકાઉન્ટ કે જાહેરાત ચેતવણી વગર દૂર કરી શકીએ છીએ. તમે પણ ગમે ત્યારે તમારું એકાઉન્ટ બંધ કરાવી શકો છો.We may remove any account or listing without notice for breach of these terms. You may also close your account at any time.
અમે સમયાંતરે આ નિયમો સુધારી શકીએ છીએ. ફેરફાર પછી એપનો ઉપયોગ ચાલુ રાખવો એટલે નવા નિયમોની સ્વીકૃતિ.We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
આ નિયમો ભારતના કાયદા હેઠળ છે અને કોઈ પણ વિવાદ ગુજરાતની અદાલતોના અધિકારક્ષેત્રમાં આવશે.These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Gujarat.
